Does Symvibe include access to models?#

No. Your agents run as the CLIs you installed, under the plans you already have with Anthropic, OpenAI, Google and the rest. Symvibe's own servers only run the planner and the spoken replies, paid by your credits.

Do I need API keys?#

No. Agents use their own sign-ins. Symvibe asks for no provider keys, and the current release does not accept personal Groq or Cerebras keys for the planner.

Does it work offline?#

For up to 15 minutes. The app confirms your subscription with symvibe.com every few minutes; without a connection, the access screen covers it once the last good check expires. Your agents themselves need their own connections. See Account and subscription.

Is my code sent to Symvibe?#

No file contents are ever sent. Orders that need the planner send the order, recent thread lines and a snapshot of the board, which can include text you or an agent wrote. See Data and privacy.

Do my agents keep running when I quit?#

No. Quitting ends every console's process, after asking. The board is saved, and on reopen consoles start fresh, with an offer to resume their conversation where the CLI supports it. See Resume and quitting.

Does it run on Intel Macs, Windows or Linux?#

No. Symvibe needs a Mac with Apple Silicon (M1 or later) and macOS 14 or later.

How many agents can I run?#

As many as your Mac and your plans allow. One order or the composer starts up to 12 at a time, and presets such as Four Squads lay out 16. Each agent uses its own plan, so parallel agents use your limits faster.

Does running more agents cost more?#

The subscription price stays the same, though a planner turn on a bigger board can use more credits. Each agent's work counts against that agent's own plan, as it would in Terminal. Usage and tokens shows where you stand.

Can I use two accounts of the same CLI?#

Yes, for Claude Code and Codex, with account profiles.

What is the difference between voice orders and dictation?#

A voice order (hold Space) is carried out: the orchestrator acts and types into agents. Dictation (hold Fn) only types your words where the cursor is and never presses Return. See Voice orders and Dictation.

Can I get my money back?#

The first purchase and each annual renewal can be refunded in full within 14 days; monthly renewals are not refunded. See the refund policy.

Can my team share a subscription?#

No. A subscription is for one person.

Why do some folders say Hypervibe?#

Symvibe used to be called Hypervibe. Internal names, such as the data folder and the app's identifier, kept the old name so existing installs keep their data and updates.
